Educational Assistant

St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools invites applications for a full-time probationary Educational Assistant position at Father Leduc in Leduc, Alberta. We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and adaptable Education Assistant to provide one-to-one support to an elementary student. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students to help them reach their full potential, and will have the flexibility and experience to adjust their approach to suit the individual needs of the student. Experience working with students with diverse needs is an asset.This position will begin January 20, 2025 and end June 25, 2025. Hours of work will be 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. The Successful candidates offer of employment will be conditional upon receipt of a recent (within 6 months) Criminal Record check inclusive of vulnerable sector and a recent (within 6 months) Alberta Children's Intervention Record Check.
