We want to help you find that perfect fit.About The RoleOur client is seeking to hire a (Full-time / Part-time) (Permanent / Temporary) nanny to care for their children and support with their education at home.

Location: Waterloo, ON Children: 2 boys (4 & 1 years old) Role Type: Full-time permanent Schedule: 8:45AM
– 5:15PM Monday
– Friday Start Date: Once successful applicant is found Compensation: Compensation will be a generous package, to be determined based on the successful candidate”s background and experience.

Target compensation will be anywhere between $55,000
– $90,000 annually.About The FamilyThe parents are deep-thinking, ambitious, high-performing tech entrepreneurs.

They believe very strongly in their children learning through life experiences and tactile learning, rather than through textbooks and worksheets.

The older son is home-schooled, and the younger son will be as well when he is older.

The parents are raising their children using the un-schooling philosophy.

The older son can be described as very inquisitive, precocious, and is a hands-on learner.

The younger child is still an infant.

So far, he has a happy disposition and is also very curious about the world around him.The Perfect CaregiverThe ideal nanny for this role should be someone who is very even-tempered, has a strong understanding of child development, and is comfortable with supporting homeschooling the children using the un-schooling ideologies.

They should be able to help the children learn through experiences and living life, and help the children explore deep into their areas of interests.

The nanny should have a very collaborative spirit, and strike a balance of being able to work independently with minimal direction, while at the same time being able to uphold the parents” values and beliefs.

Ideally, the nanny would be insatiably curious about the world around them and is a learner at heart.

The nanny should be very patient and gentle, and ideally has experience supporting children who have anxious tendencies.ResponsibilitiesProvide complete care for the children in the employer”s home and perform all tasks that correlate to the care of the children.

To create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the children can thrive and develop.

The responsibilities for this role include but may not be limited to:Taking care of an infant (eg.

bathing, dressing and feeding them).Taking care of the child (eg.
