Gymnastics Instructor – Young Students

Our client, a children’s sports center located in Saint-Leonard, is looking for a motivated and energetic person to fill the position of Gymnastics Instructor. This person will be in charge of animating and supervising sports activities for the development of children as well as ensuring that the sports center offers outstanding customer service to families.

Tasks:

• Greet children and parents during classes.
• Lead classes for children aged 1 to 12 (group of about 8 children).
• Provide excellent customer service, answer phone calls.
• Take registrations, payments, make invoices.
• Travel to schools or daycares to give classes.
• Teach online if necessary.
• Assist in planning programs / putting on a show.
• Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a gymnastics or sports instructor.
• Have training related to early childhood, teaching, recreation, etc.
• CPR training – mandatory.
• Comfortable managing a group of children (1 to 12 years old).
• Functional bilingualism – especially spoken.
