There is currently one (1) full-time permanent position available.
An eligibility list may be established for future temporary and/or permanent opportunities.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent, and a minimum 3 years of related experience*; OR

  • Diploma or certification in Computer Science, or equivalent, and a minimum 4 years of related experience*; OR

  • Some post-secondary education or training in Computer Science, or equivalent, and a minimum 5 years of related experience*.

Related experience* must include:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in business area analysis techniques.

  • Experience designing and implementing database models.

  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) development.

  • Involvement in complex systems projects in a data management/data design role including participating in the development of data models.

  • Experience with relational database systems, including performance optimization techniques.

  • Experience with data management principles and structured analysis and design.

Preference may be given to applicants with any or all of the following:

  • Experience with Agile business analysis techniques.

  • Experience developing policy and standards documents.

  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery.

  • Experience with scripted languages such as PL/SQL, Python, Groovy, etc.


  • Willingness to provide on call 24-hour support during peak periods.
