Job Description This role is within the Technology and Data department.

The Managing Director, Enterprise Programs will play a key role in representing and leading the Technology & Data organization in the delivery of strategic projects and programs in partnership with the Enterprise functions (e.g., Legal, Compliance, HR, Enterprise Risk, etc.) and Information Security team.

This role will oversee all project work as a portfolio, as well as prioritize and ensure Technology and Data initiatives align to CPP Investments and other departmental objectives.

This Managing Director-level position will lead teams comprised of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and others; and will: Inspire dynamic and collaborative cross-functional teams that will drive priorities and plans Partner with leaders from Enterprise functions (e.g., HR, Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Risk, etc.) and Information Security to build multi-year roadmaps that: Incorporate business priorities and strategies Align CPP Investments Technology and Data Strategy with other department objectives Rationalize the suite of products used across each function (rationalize obsolete products, etc.) Consider and articulate the evolution of core business applications (e.g.

release, product roadmaps) Optimize resource capacity across Enterprise Functions and Technology & Data teams Work with Enterprise function colleagues to map the priority and sequence of changes Partner with other Delivery Leaders to evolve the Technology and Data delivery organization by bringing focus and disciplined practices to the group Hire and develop talent (managers, business analysts, etc.) via coaching, training, and leading-by-example.

Influence the business architecture and continuously identify process improvements Navigate the Technology & Data organization to manage the delivery of various types of solutions (e.g., projects, enhancements, fixes, etc.) Ensure the delivery of technical and non-technical outcomes across a portfolio of complex projects.

Provide training and coaching to team members that adopt an agile delivery approach.

Decision-making and an ability to resolve roadblocks are essential components for success in the role.

As senior members of the Technology & Data Department, the Delivery Partner will be accountable for the successful delivery of the department’s commitments by inspiring a cross-functional team empowered to make decisions.

Qualifications 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role The candidate must have delivery experience and extensive knowledge (e.g., business processes, applications, functional objectives, etc.) in any of the following areas: Compliance, Legal, HR, Information Security, and Risk.

Ability to balance conflicting demands and constraints of stakeholders (e.g.

resource constraints, multiple priorities, aggressive timelines, etc.) Experience in developing and communicating technology strategies and roadmaps with non-technical stakeholders Strategic mindset with the ability to create efficient delivery capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written (documentation, presentations, etc.) communication skills with experience presenting to various levels; and writing reports for senior leaders Ability to oversee the execution of a portfolio of programs and/or complex projects with multiple moving parts.
