About The Role As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing exploratory manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.

As a QA champion, you will also be involved in the product development process by conducting tests before product launches to ensure the software runs smoothly and meets client needs.

– we understand what you need What You’ll Be Doing Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Design, develop and execute manual and or automation scripts using open source tools Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform through regression testing when bugs are resolved Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs Liaise with internal teams (e.g.

developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Monitor debugging process results Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Essential Education and Experience: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject Experienced in SaaS quality assurance testing or similar role; Proven work experience in software development Demonstrated knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Demonstrated in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases White box and black box testing Demonstrated experience with automated testing tools Experienced in an Agile/Scrum development process Experienced in performance and/or security testing Technical Competencies Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX and SQL Knowledge of one or more of languages: Java, Jython/Python, Groovy and JavaScript Knowledge of GitHub, SVN or Jenkins Experience with testing cloud/distributed architectures, REST APIs & Microservices (nice to have) Knowledgeable about web application technologies to include but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, REST, etc.
